SMS roaming should be much cheaper
SMS roaming from other European countries from 2009 should not exceed 15 cents cost. It said the EU Commissioner for Information Society and Media.
Reding will present an amendment to the roaming regulation. The exact price is not fixed yet, but he would be 11 to 15 cents, she said the paper.
